TPM Best Practice Delivery

This practitioner level intensive training workshop provides hands on
experience of applying TPM principles and techniques to a live factory
operation. Designed specifically for those who need to know how to
establish a robust TPM process and sustain improved OEE as part of a
new shop floor reality.
Lean Transformation Delivery

This workshop provides managers and team leaders with a change
management tool-kit to complement Lean, 6 Sigma and TPM improvement
frameworks. The workshop sets out practical steps to engage their direct
reports/managers with improvement goals, secure the gains from current
good practices, and shape improvement cultures to raise performance still
further. Includes workbook of 10 low cost or no cost change projects.
Lean Maintenance Strategy
12 to 14 April 2010 3 days Reading

Participants complete a 7 step Lean Maintenance review of current
practices and develop a Maintenance improvement plan to complement
their organisations Lean, Six Sigma or TPM business improvement
goals. Includes tools to prioritise maintenance resources, address skill
gaps, raise maintenance standards and progress towards a “zero
breakdowns” maintenance culture and optimised asset performance.
